A rich and woody Gin Infused with coastal lemon pelargonium, sea asparagus, milkwood berries, cold brewed rooibos and the bittersweet salty sour fig, the gentle warmth tempered by lingering fruit flavors of caramelized plum and ripe redcurrant. Delicate floral notes of soft cherry and cassis intertwine, presenting a velvet like mouthfeel that is berry rich. Aromas of fresh citrus, crushed juniper, toasted bark, and earthy spice deliver a dry elegant finish.

1. Add Ice First: Begin by filling a Collins glass with ice to achieve that ideal chill.
2. Pour the Gin: Measure and add 50 ml of Cape Saint Blaize Oceanic Gin over the ice.
3. Top with Tonic Water: Use a premium Indina tonic water to enhance the gin's flavors. Pour gently and give a light stir to mix. (150ml to 200ml)
4. Garnish for Aroma and Flavor:
- Add a strip of fresh orange zest for a citrusy burst.
- Finish with a cinnamon quill to introduce a warm, spicy note.
